    Chris Brauckmuller

    Fundrise

    Chris Brauckmuller is the Chief Strategy officer at Fundrise, the leading alternative investment platform for individuals. He joined Fundrise in 2012 and has overseen the growth of the platform from acquiring its first customer to its current scale of +2 million users and +$3 billion equity AUM. Chris has over a decade of experience in the real estate and consumer fintech spaces, launching investor-facing apps as well as infrastructure to manage investor transactions, real estate assets, and financial consolidation. Today, Chris has a dual focus of leveraging data and software to scale Fundrise's real estate investment business, while simultaneously expanding the company's reach through new product development. Additionally, Chris serves as a member of the investment committee of the Fundrise Innovation Fund, a first-of-its-kind publicly registered fund that gives individuals access to high-growth pre-IPO tech companies.

    JLL

    Tiara Varner is a Senior Director of Technology Advisory within JLL Technologies, a business division that aligns and expands its technology and digital initiatives, and accelerates innovation in commercial real estate for its investor and occupier clients. Tiara has dedicated the last 5 years to studying the impact new technologies are having on the real estate industry and comes with both a broad knowledge of general Proptech solutions and a deep specialization on JLL’s big data platform. With a focus on enabling and accelerating the delivery of innovative technology to clients, Tiara advises both JLL’s business leaders and clients on leveraging technology to transform the acquisition, operation, management, and experience of space. Tiara has more than 10 years of technology experience including consulting, business development, sales, and training - across multiple industries. Prior to JLL, she drove B2B sales for artificial intelligence (AI) and visualization technologies at Helix RE - a Google-backed proptech venture and cloud infrastructure at Rittal North America.

    Daniel Cohen is a seasoned professional in the field of Location Analytics with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. In 2020, Daniel transitioned to the dynamic world of location analytics by joining Placer.ai, a leading company specializing in providing comprehensive foot traffic and market intelligence for physical locations. Starting as a Senior Account Executive, Daniel quickly demonstrated his expertise in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, helping the company grow from 100 customers to 4000 and $100 million ARR. His dedication and exceptional performance led to his promotion to Sales Director in 2023, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding Placer.ai's market presence. In his current role as Regional Vice President, Daniel oversees Placer's Commercial Real Estate and Finance Verticals, spearheading strategic initiatives and fostering partnerships to drive innovation and sustainable growth. Daniel's leadership, coupled with his deep industry knowledge and strategic vision, continues to be instrumental in positioning Placer.ai as a leader in the field of location analytics, empowering businesses to make informed decisions and unlock new opportunities in an ever-evolving market landscape.

    Shawaun M. Alexander is Vice President of Operations Software & Systems for Bozzuto. She is charged with the strategy, integration and support of Bozzuto’s technical property management systems and applications used across the organization’s nationwide footprint totaling nearly 100,000 units. Shawaun has held roles ranging from property operations to software and product integration during her 17-year tenure with the organization. Her vast experience and in-depth technological knowledge provide the company with exceptional understanding of the nuanced needs of their employees, clients and residents. She is passionate about innovation in the marketing technology space and the role that it plays in creating an extraordinary customer experience. Shawaun currently serves on the NMHC Innovation and Emerging Tech Committee and ULI Tech and Innovation Council.

    Jonathan Pratt

    Capital One

    Jonathan Pratt is a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is currently a Senior Vice President at Capital One and co-heads a nationwide origination team that has closed nearly $3bn in commercial real estate financing over the past 3 years. Jonathan has financed all major asset classes across the major lending sources. Prior to his current role with Capital One, Jonathan was a nationally recognized Mortgage Banker with Berkadia. Jonathan started his career at Foulger-Pratt Companies as a development analyst. He then became a debt underwriter with a focus on multifamily Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages. Jonathan has been awarded with the 2022 Globe Street Rainmakers award.
