    We invite you to join us for an exclusive Full Member Executive Conversation with Brad Hargreaves, Founder and CEO of Common, exploring the latest in residential trends, co-living, and prop tech.  Common is the nation’s leading residential brand that designs and manages multifamily apartments with more than 5,000 residents in over 10 markets across the country. Before founding Common in 2015, Brad was the co-founder of General Assembly, a global education institution with campuses in more than 15 cities worldwide. As part of the General Assembly founding team, Brad led the growth of the company’s education business from its launch in 2011 to a global presence with over a dozen campuses. Brad has been named to Vanity Fair’s “The Next Establishment”; Inc Magazine’s “30 Under 30”; Business Insider’s “Silicon Alley 100”; and Crain’s 2017 “40 Under Forty.”
     
    Brad will share his career trajectory from tech to real estate and what technology will be disrupting buildings in the short and long term.
     
    While we must meet virtually, for now, we are limiting the event to 25 Members to replicate the roundtable setting that attendees highly value to ensure a lively, engaged, and interactive conversation. There will be plenty of time for Q&A with the audience, and we look forward to a dynamic exchange of ideas, information, and experience. The session will not be recorded. Given the small group size, all registrants are expected to attend, and we encourage attendees to participate with video.

    Brad Hargreaves is the Founder and CEO of Common, the nation’s leading residential brand that designs and manages multifamily apartments with more than 5,000 residents in over 10 markets across the country. Before founding Common in early 2015, Brad was the co-founder of General Assembly, a global education institution with campuses in more than 15 cities worldwide. As part of the General Assembly founding team, Brad led the growth of the company's education business from its launch in 2011 into a global institution with over a dozen campuses. Most recently, he was a Venture Partner at Maveron, General Assembly's lead investor. Brad has been named to Ernst and Young’s 2020 “Entrepreneur of the Year” award; Vanity Fair’s “The Next Establishment”; Inc Magazine’s “30 Under 30”; Business Insider’s “Silicon Alley 100”; and Crain’s 2017 “40 Under Forty.”
