On Wednesday, October 28th the ULI Washington Young Leaders Group Real Estate 101 Committee invites members and non-members of all ages to attend an upcoming webinar: Tactical Urbanism in a Mixed-Use Environment.

The COVID-19 health crisis has greatly increased the need to make retail space accessible and usable. The webinar will explore ways real estate owners can adapt their space quickly and creatively to safely increase demand, and show how future spaces can be designed with these ideas in mind. These strategies, often referred to as “tactical urbanism,” will be discussed by a panel of leading industry professionals with expertise in economic development, design and development.

Following the panel, attendees are encouraged to join us for virtual breakout room networking.
