On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, the ULI Young Leaders Group
and its Real Estate 101 Committee will host the
third segment of our four-part "Too Afraid to
Ask" series. Each event will feature a panel
discussion focused on the questions we've always wanted to ask about
a particular stage in the development life cycle. The third
event, titled “Successfully Leasing & Operating an Asset:
From Marketing Vision to Strategic Management”, will discuss
the daily operations and behind-the-scenes positioning that is necessary to
maximize an asset’s value. The event will feature a carefully
selected group of panelists including:
To ensure we provide a forum that enables each ULI member and attendee to learn
about topics that interest them, we are asking our members to complete this
short survey. Responses will be used to guide the discussion at the third "Too Afraid to
Ask" event and aide in planning the following event
