UrbanPlan volunteers returned to Washington-Liberty High School on Friday, Dec. 13th for a mock city council at which the student teams presented their proposals for redeveloping Elmwood.  Many thanks to volunteers David Bell, Eric Maribojoc, Alex Johns, Patrick Phillips and Ellen Klasson, and to teacher Margaret East for another great UrbanPlan program at WLHS!
