Nominations open now thru February 25 for the Trailblazer Award, Groundbreaker Award, and Changemaker Award. See below for details.
The Trailblazer Award will celebrate the professional and philanthropic contributions of a longstanding leader (25+ years of experience) building a sustainable, transformative path forward in the land use and/or real estate industry in The Metropolitan Washington Region. Visionary leadership is the driving force behind improving and supporting local communities.

The recipient of the Groundbreaker Award will be an exemplary mid-career (15+ years of experience), land-use or related industry professional working in The Metropolitan Washington Region. The awardee will be recognized for outstanding commitment to regional success with projects and professional experience focused on community engagement, engaging diverse perspectives, and transformative impact.

The Changemaker Award will recognize and uplift an individual in the nonprofit or public sector with a history of positive impacts on the community and on the wider land use industries in The Metropolitan Washington Region. The awardee is someone who implements creative thought leadership and takes innovative approaches to address land use and real estate projects.
